We currently ship to Europe only. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

 

We want you to love your products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at hello@theforma.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
